Doctor P is an English electronic music producer and DJ, who is best known for his dubstep and bass-heavy productions. After being influenced by MTV's coverage of the London breakbeat scene in the early 2000s, he decided to pursue a career as a producer. He released his debut album, Animal Vegetable Mineral, in 2009, which received strong reviews that highlighted its combination of dubstep and drum and bass.

Doctor P is a popular DJ as well as a producer, having performed at major festivals such as Coachella and Glastonbury. His sets blend multiple genres of dance music, such as trap, house and EDM. He has also done official remixes for artists including Katy Perry and Example. Alongside this, he runs a successful independent label, Circus Records, which is home to other producers such as Flux Pavilion, FuntCase and Cookie Monsta.
