Rockin'1000 is a massively popular musical project known for assembling large groups of musicians to perform rock music. Founded in 2015 by Fabio Zaffagnini in Cesena, Italy, the group initially aimed to persuade the Foo Fighters to perform in their city by having 1,000 musicians play "Learn to Fly." The video of this performance went viral, leading to the Foo Fighters accepting the invitation. Since then, Rockin'1000 has organized several large-scale concerts featuring thousands of musicians from around the world, celebrating the communal and unifying power of music.
