Alabama Shakes tickets

Alabama Shakes is an American blues rock band based in Athens, Alabama. It consists of lead singer and guitarist Brittany Howard, guitarist Heath Fogg, bassist Zac Cockrell, keyboard player Ben Tanner, and drummer Steve Johnson. The band was formed in 2009 around Brittany and Heath. Their unique sound combines nostalgic Memphis soul with jazzy instruments.

Alabama Shakes released their debut album Boys & Girls in 2012 to much critical acclaim. The album spawned a number of hit singles, such as “Hold On”, “I Found You” and “You Ain't Alone”, all of which made it onto both the Billboard Hot 200 chart and the UK Singles Chart. Their second album Sound & Color was released in 2015, and won the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album. In 2020, the band released their third album, Gold & Gray. The album debuted at number 4 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
