The Machine, also known as Machine Gun Kelly, is an American rapper and actor from Cleveland, Ohio. His music career began in 2008 when he self-released an independent album, Stamp of Approval, which received a lot of local attention. This resulted in an appearance in the CBGB Festival in 2009, and being signed to Bad Boy and Interscope Records. He has since had 5 solo studio albums, with his first major label record 'Lace Up' reaching platinum status in 2016. In addition to music, Machine Gun Kelly has also had notable acting roles in a number of films including Nerve, Bird Box and The Dirt. He has a loyal fan base, and continues to make an impact both in music and film.
