Young Knives is an English rock group consisting of brothers Henry and Thomas Dartnell.Formed in 2003 in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, the group has released four studio albums and eleven singles, in addition to four EPS.Their music is a blend of punk, folk, and new wave sounds and is known for its insightful and witty lyrics.The group achieved their highest chart success with their hit single "She's Attracted To", which reached number 8 in the UK Singles Chart in June 2007. The band also had two further Top 40 hits in 2007 with "Terra Firma" and "Weekends and Bleak Days (Hot Summer)".Young Knives are currently signed to Lab Records and have released two albums on the label, Sick Octave (August 2015) and Barbarians (May 2018).
