Catfish and the Bottlemen are an indie rock band from the UK, formed in 2007. The band consists of Van McCann, Billy Bibby, Benji Blakeway, and Bob Hall. They have released three albums: The Balcony (2014), The Ride (2016), and The Balance (2019). In 2020 they received their first BRIT award for Best Album for The Balance. They have played numerous festivals including Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds, and SXSW. They have been crowned champions of BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, following their performance in 2019. Their singles "Kathleen", "7" and "Longshot" have all made the Top 10 of the UK Singles Chart.
