DJ Redshift is a German artist and producer of electronic music. He has released a number of albums, remixes, and collaborations in several genres. He has produced tracks for several well-known electronic music artists in addition to his own solo work. He was an early adopter of the emerging progressive trance scene, creating some of the earliest and most influential tracks. He has received critical acclaim from a variety of popular, respected DJs including Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk.
