Juan Maclean is an American DJ, producer, and musician from New York City known for his fusion of house, funk, and disco music. He has been part of the electronic music scene since the early 2000s. As a solo artist, he released his debut album, Less Than Human, in 2005, but found further success with his 2009 album The Future Will Come. Juan has gone on to produce a variety of EPs, singles, and remixes, including his 2012 hit single "A Simple Design." His music often explores themes of nostalgia and romance, and often features his own vocals or those of guest singers. Juan Maclean has also collaborated with DJ-producers such as LCD Soundsystem and Classixx, among others.
