Plini is a progressive instrumental rock guitarist from Sydney, Australia. His style has been described as a fusion of jazz, rock and metal. Plini has released two EPs, three studio albums, a single and a live album. He has performed numerous live shows in Australia, the United States and Europe. In 2017 he was named Prog Magazine’s “Breakthrough Artist Of The Year”. Plini’s latest release is a double album entitled “Impulse Voices”, released in 2020. It has featured guest appearances from notable musicians such as Nick Johnston, David Maxim Micic and Simone Bottasso as well as drummer Marco Minnemann and bassist Bryan Beller. Plini’s style is a unique mix of experimental and technical playing that showcases both his songwriting skills and virtuosity.
