Polyrhythmics is an eight-piece afro-funk ensemble from Seattle that creates “dance-friendly soul-funk” music. The band is known for steeped in soul-funk arrangements, skipping between funk, rock, afro-beat, reggae, and dub, and interlocking the influences of their shared musical background. They’ve released four albums, most recently the critically acclaimed 'Man from the Future'. Polyrhythmics have performed across the US, including at major festivals like High Sierra and Northwest String Summit, and they’ve toured the UK, Canada, and Mexico.
