About The Delfonics
The Delfonics are an iconic and influential Philadelphia R&B group, originally made up of William Hart, Wilbert Hart and Randy Cain. Formed in 1968, The Delfonics produced a number of classic hits from the early 70s such as "Didn't I (Blow Your Mind), La La Means I Love You" and "Ready or Not Here I Come". The band had several other hits on the US R&B and Pop charts over the next few years and their unique sound combined elements of Philly Soul, Doo Wop and Pop. William continued to front the band after the other two original members left, and their music continues to influence modern soul music to this day. The Delfonics have won three gold albums, have been inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, and are also included in Rolling Stones list of 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
