About The Jezabels
The Jezabels are an indie rock band from Sydney, Australia. Formed in 2007, the band consists of Hayley Mary (vocals), Nik Kaloper (drums/percussion), Heather Shannon (keyboards/accordion), and Sam Lockwood (guitar).
The Jezabels released their debut album, Prisoner, in 2011 and it garnered much critical acclaim, featuring on US iTunes Essential Indie Rock List. The album also peaked at number 3 in Australia's Album chart as well as being nominated for an ARIA award (Australian album of the year).
In 2014, they released their second album, 'The Brink', and followed it up with 2016's 'Synthia', which reached number 10 on the Australian albums chart. The Jezabels have performed at a variety of festivals, including Splendour in the Grass, Laneway Festival, Groovin The Moo, Meredith Music Festival and Falls Festival.
