About Lewis Capaldi
Lewis Marc Capaldi is a chart-topping singer-songwriter celebrated for his raspy vocals, self-deprecating humour and relatable ballads. He rocketed to global fame when “Someone You Loved” dominated the UK Singles Chart for seven weeks in 2019 before reaching No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and earning Brit Award wins and a Grammy nomination. His debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent (2019) became the UK’s best-selling record of the year, and its follow-up Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent (2023) debuted at No. 1 across multiple countries and spawned the hit singles “Forget Me,” “Pointless” and “Wish You the Best.” In 2023 Capaldi disclosed that he lives with Tourette’s syndrome and stepped back from touring to prioritise his mental and physical health, a period chronicled in the Netflix documentary How I’m Feeling Now. Re-energised, he made an emotional return at Glastonbury in June 2025, released the comeback single “Survive” and announced arena dates across the UK, Ireland and Australia, marking the start of a new phase in his career
