Drowning Pool is an American rock band from Dallas, Texas, formed in 1996. The band has since released five studio albums, one live album, two compilation albums, one extended play, and eighteen singles. Their 2001 major label debut album Sinner, is certified platinum and featured their hit single, "Bodies," which was played at many sporting events throughout the years. Through the years, the band has undergone numerous lineup changes, with Jason Jones and Stevie Benton being the sole consistent members. The band's 2006 album, Full Circle, is their latest release. In 2011, current vocalist Jasen Moreno joined the band and released their fifth studio album, Resilience, in 2013. Drowning Pool has received a significant amount of attention for their energetic live performances, and has gained a passionate cult following.
