Emkay is an independent hip hop artist and songwriter from Canada. Born in Essex, England, he has been releasing music since 2014. He has earned a strong fan base with his clever wordplay and slick production, and is now a regular on the global hip hop scene.

In 2018, he released his debut LP, The Peninsula, which features appearances from some of hip hop's most acclaimed producers. The album was received with critical acclaim, and was featured on multiple best-of year-end lists. Since then, he has released multiple EP’s and singles to critical and popular acclaim.
