Yes, Tixel does everything to ensure a safe transaction. To keep it safe we check uploaded e-tickets and sellers in multiple ways.

When will I receive the tickets?

Tickets are available to download directly after paying online. We will send you a confirmation email with the tickets and it's always possible to download your tickets from your account at My Tickets.

Can I contact the seller?

No, unfortunately not. We want to keep everything as simple as possible. Sellers are able to sell tickets hassle-free with the matter of clicks. However, we always have the contact information, just in case of an emergency.

My name is not in the ticket because I wasn’t the original buyer?

Most events do not require your ID to match the ticket name upon entry. It is your responsibility to confirm that the event does not require ticket transfers before buying.
