X Ambassadors is an American rock band from Ithaca, New York. The band is composed of four members: Sam Harris, Casey Harris, Noah Feldshuh, and Adam Levin. Their commercial breakout came in 2015, with their hit single "Renegades". Their 2015 major-label debut album, VHS, featured the singles "Unconsolable", "Hang On"; and their collaboration with Jamie N Commons, "Jungle". Their second full-length album, Orion, was released in June 2019. On it, they explore electronic/dance music, R&B, and hip-hop. The group has written and co-written songs for artists such as Rihanna, The Chainsmokers, and Kendrick Lamar. They've also toured with Imagine Dragons, Dave Matthews Band, and Panic! At The Disco. Their successes in music have resulted in four Grammy awards, two Billboard Music Awards, and a performance at the 2017 Academy Awards.
