Alex Serna is an acclaimed Mexican-American singer, songwriter, and producer. Born in the small town of Oaxaca, Mexico, he grew up surrounded by the magical rhythms of traditional Latin American folk music. After migrating to the United States at a young age, Alex was quickly inspired by hip-hop, trap, and salsa music, resulting in a distinct, homogeneous style of urban Latin-r&b. He has collaborated with some of the biggest names in Latin music, from popular Los Angeles-based Mexican-American artist Mariachi El Bronx to Grammy-winning Havana-based artist Descemer Bueno. His debut album Ventaneando was released in 2018, showcasing his exuberant vocal range and visceral lyricism.
