Ama Lou is an R&B and experimental hip-hop artist and producer from London. Having released her debut EP, DDD, at the age of 18, she has quickly become known for her unique combination of classic soul sounds and modern production. Ama's lyrics explore themes of identity, mental health and self-love, as she combines her personal reflections with hard-hitting musicality. She has been praised by some of the most respected music publications around the world, and, in 2018, was named as part of the BBC's 'Music Sound of 2018' long list. Ama has since released two full-length albums,2020's ‘Can We Fall In Love’ and 2021's ‘C(H)AOS’, reinforcing her standing as a boundary-pushing artist and capturing the attention of fans and critics alike.
