Arden Park Roots is an alternative rock band from Sacramento, California. The band was founded in 2002 by David Leach, Chad Maleke, and Dave Quackenbush. They have released five albums over the past 16 years, playing at various festivals along the way. In addition to performing at the larger festivals like California’s Van Warped Tour, they have made appearances locally and abroad from Japan to Mexico. The band's sound is influenced by rock, punk, metal, and ska, while maintaining a pop sensibility and often layering vocal harmonies. Their sound is characterized by solid songcraft, catchy melodies, funny lyrics, and an undeniable sense of energy.
