About Aventura
Aventura is a popular American Bachata music group. Formed in The Bronx, New York in 1994, the group consists of four original members, brothers Anthony and Henry Santos, and their cousins, Lenny Santos and Max Santos. Aventura has released five studio albums and numerous singles. Their breakthrough album, We Broke the Rules, was released in 2002, and received three Latin Grammy nominations. Between 2006 and 2009, Aventura was the biggest-selling Latin music act in the United States. The group achieved even greater success with their subsequent albums, God's Project and The Last, which were certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). In 2011, the group announced that they would be going on hiatus to embark on solo projects. Following a 10-year hiatus, Aventura reunited in 2020 to release their album Inmortal. The album debuted at number one on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart.
