Bare Bones is the stage name of Pennsylvania-born singer-songwriter and producer, Emily Schrader. Her emotive songwriting and blend of ambient electro-pop and folk first broke through on her much-acclaimed debut album, Unconditional, which was released in 2011. She has since released two further albums, Fire on the Vine in 2014 and Pt. 1: The Naked Collection in 2017. Her music has been compared to strong female vocals like Bjork and Ida Maria, and her 2015 single "Relapse" was named one of Billboard's Tracks of the Year. Bare Bones has toured extensively, both within the United States and across Europe, with past tours including playing at South by South West Festival in 2015. Her thoughtful lyrics and vulnerable voice have earned her a dedicated fanbase, with her music described as captivating, profound and beautiful.
