Ben Ransom is an English singer-songwriter originally from Oxfordshire. His songwriting style is heavily entrenched in folk, roots and rock, though with a melodic indie pop twist. Over the years, Ransom’s career has seen him tour his live show across the UK and Europe, with venues such as Pinburgh Abbey and Bush Hall playing host to his dynamic and emotionally charged sets. He has been featured on the BBC Radio 2 Folk Show, and his music has also been streamed over five million times on Spotify. Ransom has released multiple albums, the most recent being 2018’s ‘A Thousand Miles Away’. He is currently working on new music, set for release in 2020.
