Best Coast is an American rock band that formed in Los Angeles in 2009. The band is composed of lead vocalist and songwriter Bethany Cosentino and guitarist Bobb Bruno. The duo founded the band and the sound draws heavily from the Californian surfing culture and early 1960s girl groups. Their music has been described as "lo-fi, surfy, dreamy, and a little bit twee".

Best Coast have released four studio albums, two EPs and four extended plays. Their debut EP, ‘Sunny Adventure’, was released in 2009. Their debut studio album, ‘Crazy For You’, was released in 2010 and certified gold in both the US and Canada.
