Divide and Dissolve tickets

Divide and Dissolve is a two piece experimental doom metal band comprised of guitarist-singer Sylvie Nehill and drummer Taka Reo, from Melbourne, Australia. Their sound blends heavy guitar riffs with experimental and ambient soundscapes with themes rooted in decolonization and anti colonial thought.

Their debut album TOWARDS EXTINCTENTION was released in 2018 on the Swedish label Invada Records, and in the same year the label released their Observatory EP. In 2019 the band signed to Relapse Records and released their sophomore album, ‘Gas Lit,’ which features contributions from indigenous Australian vocalists Yorta Yorta & Djaadjawan Djabugan.

The duo have toured extensively in Europe, the UK and the US, as well as playing shows and music festivals across Australia. They have shared the stage with bands such as The Body, Neurosis and Gouge Away and their music has been featured in over 20
