About DJ Dan
DJ Dan (born Dan Symth, 1969) is an American house music DJ and producer. He is well known for pioneering the West Coast house sound in 1990s nightclubs. DJ Dan is a three time International Dance Music Award winner, which honors excellence in dance music production and performance. He is recognized for working with A-list artists in the music industry and his classic sets featuring disco, classic hip-hop and modern house. His production work is heard in over 200 releases and appearing on over a dozen record labels. His discography includes such albums as In No Sense?, Needle Damage, That Zipper Track, and Funk the System. Today he is a successful DJ, music producer, record label owner, and mentor to many aspiring DJs.
