The band consists of Toby Leaman, Scott McMicken, Eric Slick, Zach Miller, and Frank McElroy.Their album Fate was released in 2008 and peaked at number 103 on the Billboard album chart. The band has gone on to have six albums chart in the US and seven albums chart in the UK, as well as touring the US extensively and performing at festivals such as Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Bonnaroo, and Live 105's BFD. Their most recent album, critically acclaimed, Critical Equation, was released in 2018 and debuted at #1 on the American Catalog Albums Chart. Dr. Dog has become well-known for their tight, blues-infused rock and roll style, their clever songwriting, and their stage presence and live energy.
