FRENSHIP is an American electronic music duo made up of James Sunderland and Brett Hite. They first introduced themselves to the music world in the summer of 2015 with the release of their single "Capsize", which went on to be a smash hit; peaking at number 22 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Since then, the pair have released a full length studio album, "Vacation", along with an EP and a string of acclaimed singles. Their upbeat electro-pop sound, featuring catchy melodies, 80's and 70's groove, and retro-forward production has been featured in campaigns for big brands such as Apple, and have earned them slots on dance floors and festivals around the world. In 2019, they were nominated for a Grammy in the Best Dance/Electronic Album category for their album, "Truce." FRENSHIP continue to make waves as they work on new music and tour the world.
