About Front Line Assembly
Front Line Assembly are a well-established industrial and electro-industrial music group from Vancouver, Canada. Formed in 1986 by electronic music pioneer Bill Leeb, shortly after his departure from Skinny Puppy. These days, the group is largely brought together by Leeb, alongside Canadian musician and producer Rhys Fulber.
Front Line Assembly have released over twenty studio albums, numerous EPs, and singles since their founding and have been incredibly successful in both Europe and North America. Their signature blend of harsh electronic beats, powerful riffs, and heavy sampling has been highly influential in establishing the electro-industrial music style and has even inspired industrial metal artists.
In addition to their studio albums, Front Line Assembly also had success in appearing on numerous movie soundtracks, most notably 'The Crow' in 1994. They have also released several remix EPs such as 'Millennium' in 2000 and 'Re-Wind' in 2004, which have also become favorites amongst fans
