Half Moon Run is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 2009 from Montreal, Quebec. The band consists of band mates Devon Portielje, Conner Molander, Dylan Phillips and Isaac Symonds. They are well-known for their blend of atmospheric rock with intricate vocal harmonies. Their first release was a self-titled EP through iTunes in 2011 which included the hit single "Full Circle". This track gained them a huge fan base and was extensively used in media, notably being featured in Touch (TV series), Grey’s Anatomy, and even in an international Jeep ad. They went on to release two studio albums, Dark Eyes (2013) and Sunrise (2017). Both albums charted in Canada and in the UK, showing the exceptional worldwide reach of their music. The band is currently touring in 2021 in support of their latest album A Blemish in the Great Light (2020).
