Hatebreed is a metalcore institution, and it's not for the faint of heart. Park metal part hardcore, and with influences from everything aggressive and melodic, Hatebreed's seven-album streak means that their music is making some people happy despite its aggressive nature.
Founded in 1994 in Connecticut, they started on a musical pathway and still continue to progress on it 20 years into the future. They don't aim for the mainstream, and they love the omnipresent lively atmosphere of humble pack-tight venues. They feed off of the crowd's participation. With a music-first attitude, they've risen within the hardcore ranks and received a Grammy Award Nomination. Despite their music not fitting the mantra of the mainstream, Hatebreed succeeded in creating their own path through the industry ranks and projecting respect on ever festival appearance!
