Hercules & Love Affair is an eclectic dance music project created by the American DJ, producer, and remixer Andy Butler. Founded in 2004, the band has released three studio albums — 'Hercules and Love Affair', 'Blue Songs', and 'Omnion' — and three EPs — 'Blind', 'Painted Seeing', and 'OMNI'. The project has featured various guest vocalists on their releases, including Antony Hegarty and Aérea Negrot. The band's musical style is an eclectic mix of dance, classic house, disco, soul, and new wave, and has become renowned for their unique take on traditional dance and rock music. The band have performed at a number of renowned music festivals, including Coachella, the Big Chill, and Electric Zoo.
