Hey Violet is an American pop rock band from Los Angeles, California, consisting of Rena Lovelis, Nia Lovelis, Casey Moreta, Miranda Miller, and Iain Shipp. The group first formed under the name Cherri Bomb in 2008, and changed their name to Hey Violet in 2013.

The group released their debut album This Is The End of Control in 2015, which peaked at number 11 on the US Rock Charts. Their track “Guys My Age” was featured on the deluxe reissue of their album. In 2017, the group released their EP Brand New Moves, with choruses that featured hard-hitting guitar riffs and soaring vocals. That same year, the group released their single “Break My Heart”, which received lots of airplay in the United Kingdom, and their single “O.D.D.”, which reached the top 40 US Alternative Songs chart.
