Joe Purdy is an American folk singer-songwriter from Arkansas. He has released thirteen albums of original material and has gained a reputation as a prolific road warrior, playing over 100 shows a year all around the world. Purdy is renowned for his sparse yet emotive production style, which draws on influences from traditional American folk music as well as from an array of modern genres. He has also collaborated with a number of renowned artists, including Passenger, Ed Sheeran, Ziggy Marley and Shane McAnally. His music has been featured on several popular TV shows and films, and his latest album, The FourThirtyThree, was nominated for the 2020 Grammy Award for Best Americana Album.
