About Kyle Hall
Kyle Hall is an American music producer and DJ based in Detroit. His career began in his teenage years when he signed to Underground Resistance's sub-label, UR. His releases on UR, including his first 12" single "The Boat Party",earlier works such as his 2009 techno trio with Omar S, and Kelli Hand as '3 Chairs', have established him as one of the foremost and most recognised Detroit-based artists.
He's released music with Hyperdub, Fxhe, and still Westbound Records, his own label founded in 2010, and released his first full length album, The Boat Party, in 2013, as well as EPs featuring collaborations with the likes of Theo Parrish, Paul Thomas, Moodymann, Delano Smith and many more. He has also released a number of critically acclaimed remixes of tracks by Moodymann, KiNK, and more.
