Mark de Clive-Lowe is a prolific music producer and innovator from Auckland, New Zealand. Drawing on a wide range of influences, he seamlessly melds together elements of jazz, hip hop, soul, funk, and dub to create an eclectic mix of original music. He has been producing and performing for over two decades, and has written and produced music for some of the biggest names in popular music. Before going solo, he was part of the Bugz in the Attic collective, an influential group of UK-based producers credited with launching the broken beat scene. He has released numerous albums and collaborations, including his current project 'Church', with performances around the world, including the Blue Note and Village Vanguard in New York. His music has been widely acclaimed, being described by Billboard as a "ritualistic soul experience".
