Medium Build is an experimental indie rock band from New York City, comprised of former members of We Are Augustines, Aa and The Stalkers Club. The group first formed in 2013 and released their debut album "False Moon" shortly after. Drawing from influences such as Pixies and Sonic Youth, the band's style mixes elements of dreamy, shoegaze-inspired pop with powerful post-rock instrumentation to create a unique and powerful sound. They released their sophomore album, "The Departure" in 2015, and have since toured extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. They continue to perform and record new music, and will release their third album, "Obligatory Things," in 2021.
