About Phantoms (AU)
Phantoms (AU) is an Australian indie-electronic duo, consisting of members Mattpha and Yianna Jean. They began making music together in late 2017, and their collaboration has since seen them rise as one of the most popular, up-and-coming acts in the Indie-electronic music scene. Phantoms (AU)'s musical style juxtaposes indie-rock guitars with sparkling pop synths, and has earned them acclaim from publications like The Fader and Triple J. In 2018, they released their debut EP, Shadows, which reaches for experimental territory touching on themes of growth and nostalgia. They continue to produce new music and tour around Australia, building a passionate fan base with each exciting new performance.
