About Red D
Red D (aka Redondo) is a music artist from Chile who has been producing electronic music since the mid 90s. He is considered to be one of the most influential electronic musicians in South America, being credited for bringing mainstream global attention to the Chilean music scene. His styles range from downtempo to tech-house, trip hop, and synth pop.
Red D has released multiple albums with several different record labels, such as Reggaeton, Mesozoica, Lumen, and Pudu Records. He was also one of the co-founders of the Turntable Lab label in Santiago during the early 2000's. In addition to his solo material, Red D has collaborated with many internationally renowned music producers and DJs, including Amon Tobin, Prefuse 73, and Japanese composer Cornelius. His music has been featured in numerous international film and advertising projects.
