About Sabo
Sabo is an award-winning DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Los Angeles, California. With a mix of funk, hip-hop, breakbeat, soul, and funk, his music has been described as an “electronic funk caravan”. As part of the Soul Assassins music collective, Sabo has produced for Dr. Dre, Cypress Hill, Jurassic 5, and many others. He has also created music for many film and television soundtracks for productions like Iron Man 2, Miami Vice, and Scooby Doo. He is also known for his solo albums, Latin-driven 7” vinyl series, mixtapes, and remixes. Sabo has won the Red Bull Thre3style DJ competition, and has performed around the world at clubs such as the Play Bar and the Electric Chicken in London.
