Siege is a Japanese power metal band formed in 2000 by Kotaro "Kotarock" Ogawa. After releasing numerous albums and live performances, they eventually released their first single, "Fantastic Wind" in 2013. They have since become a popular act in Power Metal, incorporating aspects of symphonic and melodic death metal into their sound. The band has released multiple albums, and have also released a live album and several DVDs. Their most popular album is their latest release The Land of the Barbarian which showcases their tight composition and distinct sound. The band have also made several overseas tours, even performing in multiple countries including USA, China, and Korea.
