About The Aquabats
The Aquabats are an American punk rock band formed in 1994 in Orange County, California. They are known for their mythic storyline and outrageous live shows utilizing elements of comedy and theatre. Their music is a mix of punk, ska and rock and the band is composed of members MC Bat Commander, Crash McLarson, Jimmy the Robot, Ricky Fitness and Eagle "Bones" Falconhawk. The band has released 6 studio albums, an EP and a live album. Their biggest hit single was "Pool Party", which earned them a nomination for Best Performance Music Video at the 1999 VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards. The Aquabats have a devoted fan base and have toured with various bands such as NOFX and Reel Big Fish. They have also been featured in a series of their own called 'The Aquabats! Super Show!' which aired on the kids' network The Hub.
