Thriftworks is an experimental producer from San Francisco. His style is based in hip hop and electronic music, but is experimental and diverse in scope. He has released five albums and eight EPs and has received attention from outlets such as Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and PopMatters. His third album “RAINMAKER” was named one of Impose magazine's favorite albums of 2014. Recently, Thriftworks toured with Minnesota as well as opened for Bassnectar. His music has been featured in the TV series “Rick and Morty“ and “Shameless”. His upcoming album, “SEEDS” was released in August 2017.
