Hailing from Dublin, this Irish indie folk band has already released five studio albums since they formed in 2008. Their debut album Becoming a Jackal came out in 2010 and was nominated for the Mercury Prize. The Villagers currently consist of vocalist/guitarist Conor O'Brien, Danny Snow (bass, upright bass), Cormac Curran (keyboards), Gwion Llewelyn (drums, flugelhorn) and Mali Llywelyn (harp).
