Yebba is an American soul singer and songwriter who burst onto the music scene in 2017. Born in Arkansas to Southern Gospel singing parents, her distinctive voice quickly drew comparisons to some of the genre's greats. After working as a featured artist on tracks with artists such as Mark Ronson and Chance The Rapper, Yebba released her debut EP, My Mind, in 2019. The highly acclaimed release saw her named on numerous shortlists, including the 2020 Grammy's Best New Artist. Yebba has appeared as a musical guest on several late night talk shows and in 2018 was nominated for a BRIT Award for Breakthrough Artist. In 2021 she released her critically appraised debut studio album, Heart of Mine, which featured a blend of soul, gospel and blues. Yebba's hypnotic voice and passionate performances have made her one of the most sought-after artists of her generation.
