Dollkraut is a music producer and artist from Cologne, Germany. His sound has been described as a mix of indie, rock, and electronic music, often making use of repetitive rhythms and catchy melodies. He originally started out as a member of the punk band Die Goldenen Zitronen in the mid-90’s. In 2011 he released his first solo record, an EP titled ‘Business Women Succeed In Love’. Since then he has gone on to release four full-length albums, both under his own name and with his band The Ballet. He has collaborated with other artists such as Mark Lanegan and David McComb, and has performed at major music festivals such as Primavera Sound. His music has been widely praised for combining elements of electronic music, indie rock, and psychedelia.
