Arkells are an indie-rock quintet from Toronto, Canada. Led by singer/songwriter/guitarist Max Kerman, the band consists of Kerman, vocalist/guitarist Mike DeAngelis, bassist Nick Dika, drummer Tim Oxford, and keyboardist Anthony Carone. Since their emergence in 2008, the band has garnered a substantial following with their dynamic live performances and their arsenal of melodic, anthemic, and often genre-blending songs. They have released four studio albums to date - Jackson Square, Michigan Left, High Noon, and Rally Cry - and each one has earned them multiple Juno Awards. They have appeared at a number of festivals in iconic locations such as Red Rocks, Forecastle, and KROQ's Weenie Roast, and have toured extensively throughout North America and Europe.
