Ben UFO consolidated his position as a forward-thinking artist, incorporating old school dubstep with contemporary rhythms. With the launch of Hessle Audio in 2007 with Pearson Sound, the label initiated a progressive sound that inclined towards a broken beat and an increase in BPM’s.
His growth as an artist was solely due to his mixing capabilities, finding a balance between experimental music, garage, dubstep, house. The musical blend that resulted was future music, which is a trademark of Ben’s sets.
