Chronixx is a reggae artist from Jamaica. He was born Jamar Rolando McNaughton in 1992. Chronixx was initially involved in music at a young age as part of his father’s band, The Zincfence Rebellion. He went solo in 2010 and released his debut album ‘Hooked On Chronixx’ in 2013. His success started to blossom in 2014 with his single ‘Secretly’ hitting number one on the Jamaican charts. Since then he has achieved a Grammy award nomination for his 2018 album ‘Chronology’ and achieved international recognition for his music. He has also performed at several major festivals including the likes of Coachella, and toured extensively across the world.
