About Format B

Format B is a deep house and electro house music producer duo from Germany, consisting of Francesco Pico and Jakob Hildenbrand. Originally part of the Plastik Park collective, they debuted their Format:B project in 2004 with the release of their first track, "Dog Tag." Since then the pair has released singles on numerous labels including Material, Great Stuff, and Kling Klong.
In 2011, Format B released their first full-length album, Full Twist, featuring collaborations from artists such as Sharooz, Paco Osuna and Rainer Weichhold. In 2012, they released a critically acclaimed follow-up album, Newspeak, as well as a remix album for Full Twist.
In 2013, Format B released several remixes, two EP's - Supersized EP and Chunky EP - and a single featuring DJ PP called "In the Box." The single went on to become a huge success, topping international club and
